Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It's based on the Asian concept of life energy and is done by laying on hands.


When we are relaxed, stress-free, we are able to restore our natural ability to heal. Reiki is excellent for healing any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues of any kind and it gives wonderful results.

 

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

 

During a Reiki session a client can expect to experience a meditative state of peace and relaxation; feeling refreshed at the end of the session.

 

Reiki has been used in hospitals and clinics across the United States as a cost-efficient way to improve patient care, and some hospitals, clinics, and hospices offer Reiki as a standard of patient care.

 

While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki.

 

 

Chakra Balancing
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning "spinning wheel of energy" and are the entry gates of the Aura. They absorb and transmit energies to and from the universe, nature, celestial entities, from people even from things.

 

Although we have thousands of chakras in our body, the seven major Chakras are the primary energy centers of the body, and each Chakra is situated at a major endocrine gland, and nerve bundle within the physical body, called a plexus.. The chakras act like transformers and bring in a subtle energy from the universal supply of ki that is around us. When your Chakras are in balance then mind, body, and spirit can work in harmony.

 

When you are stressed then your Chakras will become unbalanced leaving you feeling unbalanced. When your chakras are blocked or not functioning properly then the flow of universal energy gets blocked, and our physical or emotional health can be affected.

 

Chakra balancing improves your health and well-being. Once your Chakras have been opened and balanced then your life energy will flow naturally.

This is the application of essential oils using light touch to bring balance and harmony to the body. During a Rain Drop Session the following oils are used:
